Damien Guerrero is again eligible for parole and a hearing is scheduled for January 31, 2023
On September 13, 2003 Damien Guerrero and Kinzie Noordman lured
their friend, Kelly Bullwinkle, to San Timoteo Canyon where they shot
and killed her. They buried her body in a pre-dug grave, covered
the grave with a discarded couch and garbage and left.
After hiding Kelly's car at the Ontario Mills Mall they went to Dinner and
a movie .
Damien has never accepted responsibility for what he did, he has never
shown any remorse and his only regret is being caught.
Gov. Gavin Newsom reversed the parole board's decision on March 5,
2020, saying in a memo that he did not believe Guerrero could safely
be released from custody.
Don't let this happen. Please contact Gov Newsom and let him know this murderer should not be released.
