This petition is to ask the city of Red Wing to create a safe space for pups and owners alike to gather and play with their dogs within an off-leash, gated area so that the dogs can roam freely and have fun. There has been some recent concern on the community facebook page about dogs being unleashed at the parks and we are hoping that the city will consider making a large space for the dogs to run around off-leash so as to allow them to socialize with other dogs in a safe area.
