Domestic violence continues to be a pervasive issue impacting countless individuals and families. According to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, on average, one in four women and one in nine men experience severe intimate partner physical violence in their lifetime. This violence transcends race, gender, and socioeconomic status, affecting communities everywhere. It’s time we took a concrete step to protect those at risk and ensure their voices are heard and heeded. Introducing a red flag book and registration process would facilitate better tracking and monitoring of offenders. This system would ensure that past offenders are identified and their actions are logged in a transparent and accessible manner. By implementing this process, we empower law enforcement agencies and community support organizations with the crucial information needed to safeguard and support survivors. **What Can You Do?** 1. Choose **one domestic violence organization** in your state and reach out to them. Ask what they need most and how you can help. I'm going to do the same. 2.
