AB 1384 is the Bill that will cover schools Covid-19 liability. It will limit the liabilities the public schools face going forward with in person education. I've attached the bill below for you to read. Now that Tehama County has been reduced to Red Tier, it's time to work on a plan for kids to go back to school safely.
