Recognize the supremacy of the DA Defence Act

The Issue

I have always held a strong belief in the integrity and principles upheld by those with LLB degrees. Their role as custodians of justice is crucial. They are entrusted to honor and protect the three fundamental principles of our justice system under any law: cause no loss, cause no harm, and cause no injury. However, I have been left disillusioned and disheartened by my encounters with the legal system.

My experience has shown me that some legal professionals use their degrees as a means to twist, corrupt, manipulate, and frustrate justice. Many appear to be more interested in serving the highest bidders—corporate companies and political officials—rather than upholding the dignity and impartiality that should define their profession.

The crux of my personal grievance lies in the fact that my right to access the courts, as enshrined under Constitutional law sections 34 and 38, has been obstructed. My attempts to challenge an unjust pensioning process were thwarted, leaving me subjected to immense emotional and psychological torture. This injustice is a violation of the very essence of the DA Defence Act, which stands superior under Constitutional law to the LLB degrees wielded by these individuals.

Let's come together to demand that the members of the Legal Practitioners Association (LPA) and Bar Association recognize the supremacy of the DA Defence Act. It is imperative that legal professionals remember that their degrees do not grant them the license to undermine justice but serve as a tool to protect it. We must call on them to adhere to Constitutional laws and ensure that they allow all individuals fair access to the courts, free from manipulation and bias.

This petition seeks to hold legal authorities accountable and ensure that justice is served without fear or favor. We must insist that the LPA and Bar Association enforce strict adherence to Constitutional laws and the principles of justice they are sworn to uphold.

Sign this petition to demand a legal system that truly serves justice, not personal agendas or financial interests. Together, we can hold legal professionals accountable and safeguard the rights and dignity of every individual."
