We, the undersigned, recognize the state of war as a pandemic of mental disorder.

Persons calling for military action recognized by us as incompetent and requiring treatment.

We consider arguments about the need to solve problems by force and violence to be mental delirium and consider them insignificant compared to the scale of the disaster and the number of human casualties.

We call on scientists, doctors and psychiatrists around the world to study this phenomenon and develop measures for its treatment and prevention. And include this disorder in the register of recognized diseases.
