Well, this past Thursday night July 25th was truly epic. Our Board of Directors unanimously did the right thing the right way and voted to move the fence ASAP and also to remove Mr. Romano from the Finance committee effectively immediately. Many of you would have been proud to hear the comments by so many saying the property belongs to the community and that Jory needs to stop fighting something he cannot possibly win. 

Jory finally admitted publicly that he believes he is entitled to the bordering strip on the other side of our fence and that he has a "written" agreement saying so. When questioned to produce this agreement, of course he said and did nothing. Because there is not such agreement. 

President Frank Russo that the many emails he has recently recieved from residents were the deciding factor in their decisions. It also did not help Jory's cause that he illegally sent an email July 22nd to the community using an unauthorized email list he somehow was in possession. 

The next steps are with the Board to decide, however  they have already sent Jory a letter from our lawyer to remove the shrubs he planted on our strip of land within 14 days of the letter.
