Well it has been an active couple weeks since the last meeting when Board member convinced his other members to hold off on the vote until 7/6 to attempt one more time to get an easement agreement agreed to by Jory. Jory was at his argumentative best at the 6/27 meeting pretending he would move the fence himself that night if that's what we wanted and then said he would meet right after the meeting to get the agreement resolved. Predictably, there was no movement by Jory to sign, as there has been zero movement since March 2022 about signing to protect the IPPOA community from liability on his side of the fence.

Now that the Board is set to vote to move, Jory once again used a community email list - which is against IPPOA privacy and ethics rules - to plead his case. The email (with blind copy) sent yesterday 7/22 is too long to copy here, but it was a doozy, threatening the board and all of us with financial ruin and endless litigation if we don't back off.

Oh, and by the way, somehow he is still a member of the Finance committee, even though he resigned from the Board which ended his position on that committee. I am attending the Finance committee meeting tonight at 7pm to hear how that is kosher.
