Good evening. The saga continues as the board attempts to move the fence. Jory and his wife have dug in their heals to try to stop the Board from doing the will of the community and moving the fence. On Tuesday August 27, the Board attempted to conduct a property line survey before moving the fence. When the surveyor showed Jory and his wife strongly objected and interfered in the work. I was there to observe and recorded what happened. After the surveyor completed his work, Jory pulled out the flags marking the property line, rendering the work we paid for useless. It will need to be done again at the expense of the community.

The Board has decided to take legal action to prevent further interference by Jory and his wife. The Board will explain their decision Thursday. Those that still support Jory will complain, but the Board's intent to proceed is clear. The fence will be moved.
