HELP PLEASE READ! PLEASE SIGN! PLEASE SHARE! Advocating to rebuild and reopen the West Chester post office that is located on Airport Rd. As many know, the post office was damaged by fire back in July, and since has been operating out of the Southeastern facility in Wayne Pa. This is NOT ideal for our community and for our postal employees. The office on Gay street is proving to be insufficient and incapable of handling all the postal needs of such a large community. Mail is arriving later, outgoing packages being picked up later, signature mail and package pick up being delayed, problems with Po boxes, mail being delivered well in to the night etc. and the list of complaints goes on and on. The working conditions of our carriers is borderline unsafe, having them travel to and from on the dangerous rt202 highway every day and delivering mail late at night because the facility is too far away. The West Chester community DESERVES a local and easily accessible postal facility that can fulfill our needs! Our postal carriers DESERVE a safe and ideal working environment! There is THREAT that the Southeastern facility will be a permanent location for the West Chester post office. This will result in PERMANENT delays and stress on our postal carriers!  NONE of the postal carriers want this to happen! NONE of the West Chester residents or businesses want this to happen! WE NEED TO MAKE OUR VOICES HEARD! PLEASE SIGN! PLEASE SHARE! HELP OUR COMMUNITY! Please help with doing everything we can to prevent the Usps in making Wayne a permanent location.
