I need help now that we have the numbers, and it is steadily growing.

I need help figuring out the budget, the permits, an actual plan to present to the city of Fremont. We have the astounding signatures that the city cannot ignore us. But now we need a strong case, a strong foundation, and the plausibility of rebuilding this famous track.
