Request for No Re NEET for the Students who have not followed any unfair means  - Find out the affected centers and conduct Re NEET.

Although only 3-4% students scored safe marks out of 23.5 Lac, most of whom do not want Re NEET.

Unfair Means Controversy:

1) The unfair means was followed by only few students of specific regions of country, which may be 0.1%-0.5% or less (CBI investigation will prove the truth) of the total NEET aspirant all over India.

Dedicated Preparation:

2) Students who appeared for the exam, studied hard for two or more years, sacrificing all other entertainments and prepared themselves for the exam which promised them sanctity and integrity. A repeat exam might not yield the same results, potentially leading to unjust outcomes.

Impact on Mental State:

3) Most of them now are now out of touch , since the day they had calculated their marks and was convinced that they will secure a seat. The efficiency in their performance was achieved after continuous revision and guidance of the teachers in the past two or more years. So it is difficult to perform the same again in current state of mind. And losing the seat that they secured, will be unjust for the hard work and sacrifices they did throughout the years.

Rank Inflation Concerns:

4) The rank inflation is purely due to reduction of syllabus as everyone who appeared in this exam scored better than they expected .

Need for Judicial Inquiry:

5) the matter has now become more political. So, CBI proof will reveal the actual picture not the Press or publicity hype.

Targeted Approach to Justice:

6) Our main demand was to remove the unfair cases , so CBI investigation under supervision of court will definitely help to find out the affected centers and Re- NEET must be conducted there. But Re NEET for all will be an injustice for those  innocent hardworking students who have no link with any unfair cases.

Impact on Deserving Students:

7) If by any chance, Re NEET could not secure the seats of the deserving students who already in safe score now - This will push them towards deteriorating mental health. For a few unfair cases, the life of thousands will be affected. Who will take responsibility if they commit suicide?

So, Our appeal to Supreme court, NTA and the Indian Government is to take immediate action to address these concerns. No Re-NEET for all over India but Re-NEET for affected centers. We trust that you will consider our plea with the seriousness and take swift action.
