We stand against an appalling situation in the state of Missouri, which has unjustly incarcerated Jeryl Daniels, wrongfully incarcerated and given a sentence of life without parole simply because he refused to plead guilty. 

This man, grappling with a life-threatening condition of sickle cell, is further subjected to the harsh realities of prison life and insufficient access to quality healthcare which no doubt, heightens his health risk. Due to his critical health condition Mr. Daniels has been frequently hospitalized with his health progressively deteriorating with time. Battling a severe case of sickle cell disease an innocent man has spent many long years confined within the suffocating walls of prison.  This is a clear violation of his human and health rights. 

We are urgently calling for a thorough re-evaluation of his life sentence. And compassionate release of Mr. Jeryl Daniels. Mr. Daniels has spent 12 long years within the correctional facility based on charges without physical evidence.
