I have worked tirelessly to prepare for the AP Vidyut recruitment exam. Like many others, I invested countless hours and resources into studying, driven by the hope of securing a promising career opportunity. However, the results of the recruitment exam have left me and countless other candidates disheartened and confused.

Several discrepancies have been reported concerning the exam results and the conduct of the examination process itself. Many candidates, including myself, have consistent concerns about the transparency and fairness of the evaluation system used. There have been instances of missing answer keys, incorrect grading patterns, and unauthorized alterations post-examination. These issues have not only tainted the integrity of the results but have also undermined the trust of all candidates in the process.

Furthermore, there is word going around about possible technical glitches affecting the computer-based tests, leading to unrecorded answers or duplicated entries. In an era where technology should provide accuracy and precision, encountering such technical errors is both unacceptable and unfair.

Acknowledging the hard work of all candidates, the responsible authorities must take urgent steps to address these pressing issues. A thorough re-evaluation of the examination papers, with complete transparency concerning the results, is imperative. Implementing a reliable grievance redressal system will provide candidates a platform to voice their concerns and seek the justice they deserve.

This is not just a personal struggle but a fight shared by numerous deserving candidates who are desperate to have their voices heard and their results rightfully evaluated. As a commitment to fairness and transparency, the authorities need to restore faith in the recruitment process.

I implore the relevant authorities of the Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation (APGENCO) to listen to our appeal and take swift remedial action. Our future depends on the integrity of this recruitment process.
