An 18 years old who was accepted into college on a football scholarship, first time offender, no criminal background was given 92 years with suspension of 61 years for robbery on the condition that he provides probation on his release in the Portsmouth, Virginia courts. He was given more time than serial killers, rapist and murderers. He has been incarcerated for over 12 years now with no chance of parole. He has been missing birthdays, graduations, marriages, births and deaths. We are seeking justice for this 29 years old man. Requesting immediate release from prison so he can continue with his life.
