My mother is 49 years old with medical problems and is current incarcerated in fluvanna women’s correctional facility in Virginia. She was sentenced with 25 years no bail no bond or even offered parol. She was framed by her land lord who planted gas can in my mother’s house and said she poured gas on her house and tried to light it. The house is a duplex and my mother lives right next to her. Due to the landlord sending her two daughters to fight my mom. She defended herself alone against them and they faced the consequences. They then charged her with Malicious wounding because of them pulling a knife on my mom but didn’t mention that in court. I was at the moment deployed to Afghanistan in 2018 June 15th - 2019 Feb 5th and spent 16,000$ on her attorney lawyers. nothing was done to even shorten her case yet alone get her out that situation. No bail no bond not even parol. It’s not right at all. She’s all I have left while I’m serving my country . So it’s been tough training and going through hardship with the army. I’m the youngest in my family and spent bank just to feed her and make sure she gets her medicine that they denied her at first . She now has Covid-19 in prison and it’s been years since I seen her face due to rapidly deploying . I tried to reach Kim Kardashian and even the mayor of VA , Ralph Northam. But I’m only one man. Please with every breath in me I’m asking for any and every help I can get. I just want my mother back. Please help!. It’s mentally destroying me knowing she’s not in the best of health and still facing those years in prison. Covid 19 is only slowing things down and stopping me from seeing my only mother. ��
