(I don't know if RajyaSabha and LokSabha can add this rule, but I guess it can so please don't judge me)

 

I recently got doxxed by someone on a platform called discord. I want to report him but... "In India, there is no law in place to prevent and/or punish doxxing directly, though there are laws in place against voyeurism (Section 354C IPC and IT Act), divulging sexually explicit content (The IT Act) and obscene content (Section 292 IPC), defamation (Section 499 IPC) and online stalking (Section 354D IPC).". This is weird, why is doxxing even not a punishable offence?? He just leaked my private information, my name, my address and others... Please help!
