Restaurant industry is hurting for employees because tipped employees are paid as little as legally possible. Depending on tips that are often not reliable, just isn't enough. 

Employees are leaving food service for higher paying, benefits, less strenuous, 9 to 5 employment. 

The tipped employee wage has increase very little over the last 20 years here in Idaho and it's time for a change!!!
