Raise Pressure for California Authorities to Investigate Elliana Weaver
The Issue
(For legal reasons, all of the following information is ALLEGED)
21-year-old Elliana Robin-Dawn Weaver, otherwise known by online aliases such as "Moon_Mage_Artist" or "Inky", "Grey", and "Spencer", has been shown to have a repeated pattern of interacting inappropriately with younger minors or children as young as 9 years old. Elliana's own family has spoken out against them, alleging that they interacted sexually with a 9 year old child who was living with them. Additionally, there are multiple instances of Moon admitting to sexually grooming or exploiting minors as young as 10 years old online, even naming them outright.
Elliana has also been documented to have sought out and shared CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), much of which was blackmailed out of their ex-partner, who was trafficked as a young pre-teen. They used the images and videos meant to only be preserved for investigative purposes to further exploit this ex-partner, followed by saving the material and sending it to others. Said partner was 16-17 at the time of the blackmail and 12-13 in the images shown.
Additionally, Elliana has had a repeated pattern of harassing and/or blackmailing their victims, hoping to keep them silent. Many of them have had to create new online identities, with one even needing to move states and change their government information to escape the targeted attacks. Elliana has repeatedly mocked their victims, making fun of them when their friends dox those victims .
There are also records of Elliana meeting up with a 15-year-old who, alongside their mother, alleges that Elliana sexually harassed and assaulted them.
Elliana has 22 victims, and the police have dragged their feet and law enforcement has failed every single one of them. Every time questioning starts, Elliana "randomly" moves without informing anyone of their location.
Now, with their mother, Deborah openly admitting to lying to police and trying to frame one of the victims as the "true perpetrator", this cannot keep continuing. This has been going on for 6 years, and every single victim deserves justice.
This petition is to raise public pressure for the California authorities to finally start taking this case seriously. Do not let a predator get away with it.
