The Issue
This is Smol. She was rescued in an empty lot where a train station for the MCRP is being constructed in Turo, Bocaue. She developed an infection on her right eye and now needs to get an enucleation. The vet initially quoted us for 9635 for everything including the operation fee, CBC, vet fee, and take home meds.
