Saskatchewan Minister for Advanced Education claims he has no power to stop reverse racism

The Saskatchewan Minister of Advanced Education has no intention to stop the reverse racism and racial minority quotas practiced by the University of Saskatchewan medical school and law school.  This is unfortunate and reflects, I believe, the pandering to minorities that single party governments do to avoid coming in 2nd in an election and getting nothing.  We need negotiation and the approval of at least 1 other political party before we can say that the 'majority' support reverse racism.
