Why the Saskatchewan Minister of Advanced Education is lying that he can't ban race from admissions

In this brief update, I show more data from my study that shows how the Saskatchewan Minister of Advanced Education is supporting a racist admission policy at the University of Saskatchewan medical and law school.  I also show how his claim that he lacks the authority to ban race from the admissions process is false, showing Bill 33 from Ontario.
