From the photo above, you can see that our flawed single party Winner Take All system has led to the Saskatchewan Minister of Advanced Education refusing to ban race from the admissions process for the University of Saskatchewan medical and law schools.  This is despite these schools currently racially discriminating against 'white' applicants to these schools.

The Minister is claiming that he does not have the authority to 'direct the university in the academic programs it delivers'.  I am not requesting that he should. I am requesting he should ban race from the admissions process which has nothing to do with academic programs it delivers.

This is called dithering.  The Minister does have the authority as he is elected to fund and regulate universities.
