More suicides - need your help to keep fighting!!

I can't believe that another suicide like my son Chris' will happen every 3 hours - and yet mental health reform is still not being acted upon across all states! 
 Suicide is an enormous waste of precious life - it makes me so angry and upset that more isn’t being done to prevent it!!!
 And that's why I'm writing to you. In Queensland we had a big win in getting the ball rolling on education for emergency staff thanks to your help in my petition. But now we need local MPs, other states and Tony Abbott to roll out other initiatives to tackle suicide before the death toll rises even larger than last year. 
 I want to ask you to start your own petition on change.org. In Chris' memory I'm pushing for more change – but I can't do it alone from Qld. We need politicians everywhere to be taking notice. Will you help by starting your own petition either to your own Premier, or local MP, or Tony Abbott?

 And we won. If we start petitions around the country for mental health reform and more services - we can create a movement that achieves something incredible. 
 The goal I've heard others mention is HALVING SUICIDE IN AUSTRALIA. We can do this!!!
 This week I met with the QLD Mental Health Commissioner and she's already moving to redirect funding for suicide education in hospitals. I'll even be part of the rollout. 
 I am so thankful of all your signatures and support. Now let's win more mental health reform - for people like my son Chris and thousands of other families devastated by suicide.
