The Issue

I have been helping to get Public Access Defibrillators (PAD) in residential areas in my town. We know 80% of people suffering Cardiac Arrest are at home but most Defibs are at the workplace.  

I want to see all new developments in the UK have a funded PAD built into the planning process with no chance of having it removed. 

Cost to fit one for each 10 homes fould be less that £2500.00 a snip to what is being made.
