Animal Rights are the most ignored thing in the history of mankind for decades. Animals have been treated like the lowly with no intelligence to work for them and no tongues to battle for them. They are taken as worthless and are only considered as a sport for the materialistic pleasures and entertainment of this world. Only recently has the idea of shelter homes, animal rescue centres and donations for this cause have began. 

However, no law or proper governmental/ legal/ constitutional law or legitimate right is given to these tongueless creatures. They deserve every bit of it. 

"One who kills unnecessarily, even a sparrow, will be questioned by Allah on the day of Judgement" {Al-Hadith}

Pakistan is an Islamic Republic. And Islam has greatly laid importance on the treatment of animals and their caretaking. Humans are created as vicegerants of Allah on Earth to protect and preserve the creatures of Allah. Then, how come not even a single law in out constitution is put in the name of these so worthy and deserving creatures? 

"It is God who provided for you all manner of livestock, that you may ride on some of them and from some you may derive your food. And there are other uses in them for you to satisfy your heart's desires. It is on them, as on ships, that you make your journeys" {QURAN: 40;79-80}

This is my request to everyone reading this petition to please raise their voice for these voiceless creatures. To please realize the importance and crucial stance we are taking and how impertinent it is that these animals get their due rights recognised.
