Did you know the YMCA was founded in London, England to accommodate Unhealthy Social conditions in inner cities during the Industrial Revolution? Do we have Unhealthy Social conditions here in the U.S. especially after COVID19? 

I propose my after school program;  Edrec Center where we will address youth mental health awareness through six session counseling. To include: cultural awareness, and assist in academic advancement along with college placement. We look to assist our future generations in obtaining college grants, studies in preparation of S.A.T.'s and college placement as to give them the best possible chance of success upon college graduation. All of this while providing parents with affordable childcare and peace of mind via the EdrecApp of their child's relative location & daily progress. The Edrec_Center will provide jobs to teachers, counselors, nurses, police officers, childcare professionals, cleaning companies, cooks & much more!  Through our no guns no violence policy and unarmed security. We look to cultivate a positive interactive environment between police officers and community members within our facility/ties. It is believed this  will translate to how our officers patrol their urban neighborhoods on a daily basis.
