My nephew, Joseph Aranda, went missing from Victorville, California on July 10th, 2025. He was last seen near Dante and Stoddard Wells Roads, and his car was later found at a neighborhood church just a short distance from his home. Despite having leads in his case, we find ourselves facing challenges due to a lack of adequate resources and time dedicated from local authorities to follow up on these leads. We are desperate for answers, and we worry that Joseph’s case is being overshadowed by other crimes in Victorville and nearby towns.

Joseph’s story is not unique. Many families, like ours, find themselves in similar heartbreaking situations, struggling to get the necessary attention and resources needed to find their loved ones. It is an excruciating reality to bear, knowing that with more time and resources, we might be able to bring Joseph home. We need dedicated personnel and the necessary tools to investigate every clue and lead that may bring our dear ones back to us.

We are calling on the local police department and city officials in Victorville and surrounding areas to allocate more resources towards missing persons cases and ensure that detectives have the time and capacity to actively follow up on all potential leads. Increasing dedicated manpower and support will ensure that no missing person case is neglected and every family can hope for the safe return of their loved one.
