Our business is no different to others in the food court at Westfield Shopping Centre, Penrith. Sales have reduced DRASTICALLY and our repeated requests to the centre management for rental relief or rental adjustment have been ignored. Most of us in the food court have exhausted all our personal savings into the business. The food court barely has any foot traffic even during busy breakfast and lunch hours, causing significant mental and financial stress since January 2024.

We urge Westfield Shopping Centre management to provide rental relief or reduce rents for all tenants, especially those in the food court, due to this drastic reduction in sales.
