My sister, Qamar, is suffering from complete hearing loss in her left ear, persistent tinnitus, severe ear pain, and chronic headaches. Her doctor has warned that she is at risk of losing hearing in her remaining ear if she does not receive urgent specialized treatment. Due to the lack of adequate medical care in Gaza, her condition continues to worsen every day.

Her daughter, Esraa, is also experiencing breathing difficulties and has recently been assessed by a pediatric doctor. She now relies on an inhaler to help her breathe because of ongoing respiratory problems.

My father, Diab Joha, is elderly and suffers from diabetes and other serious health conditions. He has been without essential diabetes medication for an extended period, causing his health to deteriorate. He experiences weakness, difficulty concentrating, and increasing health complications. He urgently needs access to proper medical care, medication, and a safe environment where he can receive treatment.Our family is facing a severe humanitarian and medical crisis. We respectfully request urgent assistance to help my father, my sister Qamar, and her family leave Gaza and access the medical treatment they desperately need before their conditions become irreversible.

We respectfully request that my father, Diab Joha, my sister Qamar, and her family be allowed to leave Gaza through the Kerem Shalom (Karem Abu Salem) crossing and travel to Jordan for urgent medical treatment.
