The Issue

Dear fellow humans,

Our wildlife sanctuaries are home to some of the most vulnerable and endangered species of flora and fauna, and it is our responsibility to protect and preserve their habitat. Unfortunately, use of conventional diesel/ petrol vehicles in these areas, the pollution and noise levels are putting our wildlife at risk.

That's why we are urging the government to make electronic vehicles (both the forest department vehicles and safari vehicles) mandatory in wildlife sanctuaries. These vehicles are much quieter than their conventional counterparts, which means that they are less likely to startle the animals and cause them distress. Additionally, they produce zero emissions, which will go a long way towards reducing the amount of pollution in these sanctuaries.

Implementing this policy would not only benefit the animals in our wildlife sanctuaries but would also promote sustainable tourism. With more and more people becoming aware of the impact of climate change and the importance of preserving our natural resources, there is a growing demand for eco-friendly tourism options. By promoting the use of electronic vehicles in our wildlife sanctuaries, we can attract such tourists and promote sustainable tourism.

Join us in calling for the government to make electronic vehicles mandatory in wildlife sanctuaries. Together, we can protect our wildlife and ensure that these sanctuaries remain peaceful and undisturbed for generations to come.
