HEADS UP! CPO is on the Beaufort County Planning Commission Agenda AGAIN!

Get ready to return to the Beaufort County Council Chambers for a 6 pm Beaufort County Planning Commission meeting on October 5, 2026.  The destructioneer and his legal team have Pine Island on the agenda AGAIN!  They are trying to get a carve out which would remove the property from the CPO.  That request has been denied previously.  Removal from a map doesn't remove that property from historic St. Helena Island's watershed or historic area!  The Cultural Protection Overlay District (CPO) needs to remain intact!  No carve outs!  No gates!  No golf!
