A dog “kiki” she is in Carmarthen, Wales, is currently living a nightmare, facing frequent beatings and neglect. It's devastating to witness the helpless creature being subjected to such inhumane treatment. This isn't just another news story; this is a call for immediate action to save a voiceless victim living among us in dire circumstances.

he had been seen intoxicated around may the 5th was seen by witnesses beating , shoving and grabbing her and screaming & shouting at her, after they got  off the train, she turn back and went to get back on the teain as an attempt to get away from him. And he lost his shit. 

the house she is forced to live at is definitely not what anyone deserves to live like. 
 I generally can not begin to describe the state of the exterior of the gaff, let alone the interior of it. 

Every beating leaves the dog more traumatised and physically wounded, increasing the risk of severe infections due to open, untreated injuries. This not only reflects an alarming ignorance towards the welfare of animals but highlights a potentially dangerous locale for any pet or animal lovers residing in or visiting Carmarthen.

We cannot turn a blind eye while the dog suffers without having done anything to protect it or stop this blatant cruelty. The local authorities and animal welfare organizations need to intervene swiftly to secure the dog's safety and ensure that such acts are not permitted to happen again in our community.

The petition calls upon local animal welfare bodies in Carmarthen to investigate the reports of this cruelty and work quickly to relocate the animal to a safer environment while pursuing legal actions against those responsible.
