Please help us block the new proposed campground at the corner of Canning Factory Road and Springbrooke.   ReGen LLC is asking to change zoning at 448 Canning factory road in pulaski to allow them to build an RV campground on land zoned agriculture.  This project would change the zoning to commercial and impact all of the surrounding residents. 

There are many ecological impacts to this project.  The proposed area is a designated wetland.  The proposed leach field septic system is too close to Deer Creek, a Salmon River/Lake Ontario tributary that is home to steelhead, trout, salmon, beaver, fishers, deer, and other wildlife.  

The campground is being voted on at the next town meeting in Pulaski on March 14th, 2023.  We need your support to block this new project.

REGen Properties  LLC is NOT a local business.  This is yet another example of people outside of Pulaski wanting to come here and profit off of our resources.  Rather than support our local economic infrastructure the way locally owned businesses do, revenue generated from the proposed campground will go to people who likely have never even set foot in the Salmon River.
