San Miguel de Allende already has established noise abatement laws in place, designed to protect residents from excessive noise disturbances. However, it has become evident that these regulations are being blatantly disregarded, particularly during the early morning hours when aerial bombs are being detonated without restraint. Many other local governments throughout Mexico do enforce laws against these obnoxiously loud explosions, and likewise some world countries as well. Why is our local government not doing the same?
