Fair Haven plans to address vacation rentals – bans and regulations – through an updated law this month.  The public hearing is Wednesday, April 22 at 5:30pm. 

It is critical that everyone who supports the right to determine what you do on your own property show up and make their voices heard.

Unfortunately, there is no online option to participate.  We need to make a statement at this public meeting, and emphasize that sensible regulations are welcome, but stripping homeowners of their property rights is not an option.  

Sign your name to tell Fair Haven "NO" to this law, and preserve the right to rent vacation homes in Fair Haven on Little Sodus Bay.
