- Protect natural-functioning riverbank and all native landmark trees (south)
- Relocate new bridge to align beside Marsden St & respect historic views (east)
- Rehabilitate the low flood-shoulder as wildlife habitat at OKS (northside)
- Design a Boardwalk fully above water, excluding concrete walls (southside)
- Create a Boardwalk link ramp as ecological & cultural city feature (south)
- AND refuse the implied "continuing" destruction of riverbank up into Parramatta Park...! (west)

It demonstrates the low 'natural riparian floodway shoulder' with fringing sedge wetlands and the Southern embankment - both of which deserve comprehensive ecological protections, regeneration. As habitat corridor linking the CBD and Parramatta Park, this "connection to country" framework is necessary to complement more appropriately located Over-The-Water Boardwalk, provide substantial water-quality inclusions with both floating and inground sedges and celebrate heritage vistas, landforms and integrate high-quality aesthetic ramp link linkage- to the Jeffery House gardens experience.
