Protect Our People is a grassroots movement that is focusing on raising awareness and taking action against human trafficking that happens in Canada. 

Our action steps:
 - We’ve created this online petition with over 15,000 signatures
- Our partners are in the middle of drafting this new bill
- We launched our National Awareness Campaign that is now in over 14 cities across Canada shedding light on this issue
- In Saskatoon, Sk & London, On we had recently held Awareness Walks
- We will be hosting teach-ins to educate people, especially youth on this matter
- Advocacy is a big part of what we do and we’ve helped almost a dozen women/men make their reports to the police
