Old Crow Wetland is still in danger of great harm from a truck stop that is planned for the property immediately next to the wetland. The permit application for the truck stop is with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. 

The Coalition to Save Old Crow Wetland is preparing to appeal a DEP permit for the truck stop if it is issued. We have a lawyer and experts ready to file an appeal for our case. We will have legal fees and consultants' fees.  Our goal for the legal defense fund is $10,000. So far we have raised $5,045.76.  If you can help our cause, a donation of any amount will be greatly appreciated!
