As we approach 3/25/24, the death anniversary of The Mother of Due Process Ida B. Wells, we are escalating our push to save DUE PROCESS within the nation’s oldest and largest civil rights organization, in addition to the subsequent need to prevent wrongful convictions, wrongful out-school-suspensions, wrongful police-shootings, and other severe injustice that comes as an absence of fair and impartial due process becomes  a normality despite how it violates human lives and constitutionality.

We can not expect nor compellingly demand  DUE PROCESS from the jailhouse, the courthouse, the legislative House, or the White House, if we tolerate the absence of due process within our own “house.”

Please assist in bringing more attention to our universal need for Due Process by signing the petition if you have not already, and sharing this message!

Even if you share this important message or call for action amongst some of the same people within your network, that is not a waste of time.  Research has determined that many people will have to see a particular flyer or the request to sign a petition or a call to take a specific action, at least 7 times before they actually act on it.

Meanwhile WE THANK YOU!!!
