You may or may not have considered actually how much this development will affect those living in this area. For example

• NOISE alone will disrupt the wildlife in the area.
• Do your clients and customers travel here to see the lights of a gas station, or the light of the stars?
• How will your safety and security be affected when there is a 24 hour truck stop in the area?
• Think of a gas stations' forecourt in town. Do you really want that runoff polluting your water supply?
• Many plants rely on nocturnal insects for pollination. How will the lights affect their habits and increase their predation due to increased visibility?
