I agree greatly. Throughout our case we've had courts lie, prosecution lead judges and court clerks refuse or deliberately delay court papers for our appeal.

On top of all that I am homeless because of what they did to us and my partner is stuck in an unsafe situation until this is sorted.

There are no words to describe the sheer abuse and damage we have each suffered at the hands of false allegations.

They punished a man for being good to me because they wanted the narrative of all men are bad and all women from past DV will always choose a bad one. It's sick.

We do need to protect those that are in real DV that's true but not like this.

Oh my god, four years?! I've been in ours for ten months and feel I want to crack my own head against the wall just to escape the corruption of our judicial system.

I've spent the last week trying to get the correct application for appeal papers at court (just the latest attempt over months of trying for just the applying for an appeal) and have been met with brutal corruption and lies and delays to the point I too wanted out of living.

They drive you to madness acting as if you are unreasonable to react but in truth our pain and outrage is proof we are more human than them.

I can relate to your not wanting to see tomorrow but holding on for those who we love.

I wish you the best with your struggle and believe me I know how hard it is some days but you are doing the right thing by holding on to hope. Your daughter's need you. Just like my loved one needs me.

We are not what is wrong in this equation and nor are our loved ones. We are ALL victims of an ignorant, over bearing, unapologetic, self serving system that ALWAYS favours the easier for them route and supports the liars and bad guys.

We have to stay strong and fight if anything is ever to improve.

Thank you for signing and good luck.
