Once again I am sorry to yet another in the same hell as us. After what the courts did to me yesterday I'm drowning in my hatred for the world so many dam people that LET them do this to so many - even when you do the work, prove your case and go through hell to get the right papers to the right people they just lie or deny they are right papers all so they can keep delaying the process long enough for them to win. Because if you don't contest before the end of an fvo the person charged is condemned for life, to be forever marked as something they are not. Preventing them getting work or even a house. Which also effects their wifes, girlfriends or children. For us we can never get a house ever again and will be homeless forever if we can't fix this abd for what?! He didn't do anything wrong! It grats so badly how many seem to forget these are all about men who are innocent. Yet they treat you all and your families that stand with you as if we are all criminals. It's sick. 

I want to give up its been 8 months of homelessness, abuse from authorities, massive disrespect from court, lying lawyers and social prejudices, I've bled, starved and suffered alone for this case all because of these twisted jerks as a result I even want to die after everything they did to me yesterday alone.... but your comment reminded me this is all for him. And he IS worth it all. 

They like to drown you in the bs and pain to forget why you're in this fight it's always better for them to just break you and they win, they get away with being able to do this to any number of other innocent men if we give up. 

Thank you. For reminding me. But dam they are evil to do this to people. 

It's sick that they can abuse me day in and out for nearly a year but a man whom hasn't abused me ever is dragged away as of he's bad. It's disgusting. I so badly haye this country for what it's doing to us all. 

My advice for you do whatever you can to get a good lawyer and if they step an inch out of line, sue em. Charge em, whatever because to give a bad lawyer a pass for evil and immoral actions will still get you condemned to all other lawyers. It happened to us. Better yet do whatever you can to get your own lawyer because the term Lay Advocate for the Defence is supposed to be effectively a stand in lawyer of self repusentation (that they forced me to do) but it means NOTHING. Less than nothing, it's a joke. They ignore everything you do. You can follow all the rules do everything right they will ignore it all. 

I hate lawyers after all the ones to mistreat us but if you can find yourself a good one you'll maybe go better than us. Also, if children are involved and your matter involves a partner not on your side (like if an ex lied to get these charges on you as is sometimes for many is the case - others have their partners being just as innocent in all this trying to stand by their men, like is our case) but if you are in the case of this happening because of an ex you can potentially get a family lawyer help too not just a criminal one. 

Just if you are forced to represent yourself be prepared for everything you say and do to just be ignored even in court. 

Good luck. If you are in this country and clearly in this mess of theirs you'll need it. If only to retain your sanity.
