Oh man, I'm so dam sorry. 

We've lost our house too in all this. But not like that. That's brutal and wrong legally and morally. Even if the case against was true that doesn't mean you furtifet your own home to them. I understand not allowed there WHILE she's there but for her family? WTF is wrong with everyone up there that they could do this to you. It's insanity. 

Many say the same about mine acting as if someone is guilty they deserve it. I HATE my brother for the abuse he subjected me too throughout childhood but I'd not allow the horrible things that many INNOCENT men such as yourself have been put through. 

Like being tossed out in the winter in unsuitable clothing and denied access to anything wallet, coat, shoes! For three days! Or having your own home stolen. Even guilty parties do not deserve the things I've experienced or heard happening to the innocent. 

They all use it as an excuse. The 'oh well if he was guilty...'

Yeah, even if any of you were guilty such things that have happened to you all would still not be legal, moral or right. 

I have no clue how they could be so stupid to not realise that. 

I agree with your sentiments around the QLD police. In my case last year, it was non-violently self-defence and they falsified CCTV footage because the Security Guard that was discriminating against us was a friend of theirs. 

Despite only defending me and my loved one and doing so non-violently, clean record and witnesses. I got done for a year and now have a fake dark smug on my record so I know what it's like to live with a dark charge on your name when you haven't actually committed the crime. I was denied a lawyer, cops lied in court very obviously. It was hell and it's no different down here now where we are trying to correct false charges against the one I love. Almost to the day a year later they came for him. It's pure sick! The entire thing is evil. 

No due process, no bad guys actually held accountable (like dishonourable cops, lying lawyers or Judges that say they don't care if someone is innocent or not) all their claims of protection for victims when THEY have been the ones abusing the hell out of me since they took him. Almost every way there is....yeah even that way and not one thing is being done about these HORRIBLE and very corrupt people of the Judicial system.

I'm so sorry they are doing this to you. It's just disgusting and unfounded especially in cases where the person is innocent. 

Thank you for signing and sharing your experiences we need the first hand accounts and as many signatures as we can. 

If there's any chance at all to fix what they've done to us all and prevent it happening to other good men (and their families) in the future.
