We lost our application for Revoke.
Our last court appearance has declared what is not a suprise anymore after multiple court appearances that have been void of due process and packed full of complete corruption.
We have not been granted a Revoke of the FVO order. As stated in this petition it's been discovered while they claim one has the option for Revoke it's NEVER even considered regardless of evidence. Our denial of a Revoke is not because of grounds or need for the FVO but purely because they refused to acknowledge the paperwork yet again.
Another Judge and another factor of the prosecution party didn't give us much chance to speak AGAIN, didn't look at ANY of the paperwork lodged months ago and just took a sticky note from the first presiding prosecution from day one as an instruction to just say no. You read that correctly, the JUDGE wasn't the one to decide the prosecution once again got to decide and naturally they choose to serve their own interest. THIS is what happens when you let the one to do wrong call the shots. OF COURSE they'd choose whatever actions let them win. Effectively they just wasted everyone's time and ignored evidence to get their own way. AGAIN. And the court house let them.
This supreme lack of due process or actual chance of a defence or hearing is no longer a suprise to us. Despite the denial of our Revoke being finalised now.
It's heartbreaking and enraging that we've been forced to live out the remaining months of his sentence which is seperation via FVO (family violence order) a further four and a half months.
Added to that I have no where to go and no food because an accommodation personal making a ridiculous error last night.
The loss of a Revoke means so much agony and continued expense stress for us both but also my continued forced homelessness.
I wish the world knew that brutal homelessness of a vulnerable person and continued government sanctioned abuse is what they call protection.
One way or another they make us foot the bill for all THEIR mistakes, abuse, screw ups and laziness.
THEY did us wrong, arrested an innocent man and instead of admit that, give us a chance to be heard and ACTUALLY fix this they just continue to increase our suffering because of complete uncaring, self serving processes of courts and Police prosecution just wanting their own way. Not a loss because of evidence but a lost they only give the illusion we ever had the chance to oppose.
Next stage is appeal to clear the charge from his record but with the growing exposure of no due process in the "justice" system it's unlikely we'll even have our appeal seen or heard or given the chance to try and fix what they messed up.
The very job of the prosecution is to supply everdence that a person was guilty of a crime. They have supplied zero evidence and WE HAVE proven he's innocent they just shrug and ignore these two facts and get their own ways regardless of anything we try to do.
That is NOT how justice is supposed to go. That's not justice at all.
The entire process of it all is a lie. We have no rights respected, no due process or fairness or even honesty of anyone in the justice department. They loose paperwork, ignore evidence and drag out matters wasting everyone's time then fake apologize for their being "no time left" to actually give us a hearing date.
It makes me sick, emotionally and physically that this is an acceptable level of process of the justice department in this country. It's corrupted and self serving themselves not the people. That's all they have proven with their actions.
