273 days since the one I love was taken without evidence and without cause. Just the assumption of police that he was abusive. 

In that time despite rapid decline of his health, countless terrible things done to me by others for speaking up and three court appearances handled without any due process or care for justice. 

All we've achieved is more hurt to us both, text contact only after 208 days of nothing allowed, no contact or even allowed to be told if either party was alive or well. And the sickening discovery the police and Judges in Australia can lie and "loose" paperwork and no one dose anything about it. 

It still amazes me that such actions of insane injustice can occur here in what's called a lucky country and yet so few actually care to prevent it happening again. 

We actually have more men now that we know of that have had this happen to them than the one I love and I have spent apart, 158 more to be exact. In total now we know of over 400 men who are innocent (meaning they are not abusive but have been called so) and yet have been taken from their loved ones and given no chance to prove otherwise which is just as wrong as the law we are protesting. 

This has to stop. It's sick, it makes US that suffer it sick and it punishes all the wrong people.

They call it protection but when the man is innocent it doesn't protect anyone. It harms the woman greatly as well as the man. It shatters faith in Justice and Police, it doubles household income needs but halves their resources.

The demages and harm it has caused us alone are endless especially when the ones involved have come from REAL abuse that was never charged. Taking a loved one who isn't abusive causes demages that have no words to express especially when both come from abuse that was not acknowledge or punished. I don't think I can ever forgive what my country has done to me and the one I love. I found a good man, I broke that stupid notion that women from abusive pasts will only pick bad men, I found a wonderful, kind hearted man who has always stood by me through lifes storms and the after effects of EVERYONE elses actions against me and the Australian Police and Government punished him for it. 

With my history I'd be the first to identify abuse and instead I get insulted daily like I know nothing, am just a silly child, 'it's puppy love', 'we did you a favour' crap every day. They act like we are less than when we've survived more than they can ever understand and have stayed strong and human through it all and THEY HARM US for it. Then call it protection. They loose documents and delay hearings and have never supplied any proof or evidence as this law we are protesting now makes it they don't have to. They can take any man they want. Being innocent dose not protect a man from being taken and they are then never allow the chance to correct it.

Their loved ones serve the punishment with them. This wasn't being set free from a bad relationship, this wasn't protection, it was government sanctioned abuse against us both.
