LabCorp has a semi-quantitative antibody test that you can request yourself. If you are immunocompromised or have other risk factors (including being over the age of 65, having diabetes, heart disease, etc.), you can find out how many IgG antibodies you currently have, to better assess your risks. This test does not include results on T-cell activity, which also plays a big role in immunity against SARS-CoV-2. 

In other news, on April 13th, the CDC extended the federal public transportation mask mandate until May 3rd, to analyze data on the BA.2 variant. 

Twenty-one states have sued the federal government to repeal this mask mandate and the Senate has passed a bill to overturn it as well. The airline and hotel lobbies have also pressured the White House to overturn it. 

We're asking for the public transportation mask mandate to be extended until at least August 18th. High-risk people and/or our loved ones may need to travel for work or other reasons.
