Protect FBLA at Parkers Chapel High School – Secure Our Future Success!

The Issue

I am a dedicated member of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) at Parkers Chapel High School, along with many of my peers. Over the past several years, we have challenged ourselves, developed valuable skills, and grown into strong, motivated future business leaders. However, our program is now at risk, and we must take action to save it.

FBLA is more than an extracurricular activity—it is a transformative program that equips students with essential leadership, business, and financial skills. It fosters innovation, career readiness, and real-world problem-solving, preparing students for success in college, careers, and beyond. Research from the Association for Career & Technical Education highlights that FBLA enhances academic achievement and increases college enrollment rates, proving its lasting impact on students' futures.

If FBLA is discontinued at Parkers Chapel High School, students will lose a vital opportunity to develop their careers, build confidence, and gain hands-on business experience. Without this program, we lose access to:

- Leadership training that strengthens college and job applications
- Networking opportunities with business professionals and industry leaders
- Competitions that enhance communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
- Scholarships and financial literacy programs that prepare students for real-world financial management

- Community service initiatives that promote civic engagement and responsibility

We need your support! Sign this petition to help us convince the school board to keep FBLA at Parkers Chapel High School. By taking a stand, we can preserve this life-changing program and ensure that students continue to have access to the resources, education, and experiences needed to thrive.
