On Friday 21st February 2025, David and I attended Court in Manchester - and we stopped the Eviction going ahead on the 24th February 2025.

Even though we were exhausted and we have to go back to Court in April 2025, we were elated.

Sadly this elation quickly turned to devastation, when less than 24hrs later, my beloved Mum passed away.  As her only child, I am utterly bereft that I was in Court dealing with this unneccesary debacle and not with my Mum in her hours of need.  Her last hours spent worrying about me and this unnecessary debacle...

David and I would like to thank each and every one of you for your messgaes of support, which is giving us great strength and comfort at this very difficult time.

We are still battling with a very agressive Bolton Council and we need as many signatures as possible.  We urge you to please, share our Petition far and wide with friends, family and work coleagues, so that we can get to 10K signatures ASAP
