Child protection involves wrongly, punished me for nothing and they don’t have any evidence

Hello everyone 

Thank you for your support  today, with the help of all of you, it was possible to complete 1,000 signatures.

This situation has caused me significant emotional distress, sleepless nights, and an overwhelming burden during a very difficult time. I strongly believe that the decision made by the social worker was incorrect and unjust.

I would like a formal investigation into how the case was handled, as I feel my rights were not properly considered. Furthermore, I am seeking advice on how to pursue compensation for the mental and emotional stress I have endured as a result.

Could you please guide me on the appropriate steps to take next step  to initiate a complaint or investigation?
